Registration Essential for all proposals Abstract must include · A brief statement of the objective (preferably one sentence). · A brief statement of the methods. · A summary of the results, presented in sufficient details to support your conclusions that will be presented at the end of the abstract. · Use single line spacing and keep all text within the margins of the abstract form. · Recommended font is 10 pts Times New Roman. · Only standard abbreviations may be used in the text and they must be defined by being placed in brackets, just after the full word or phrase the first time it is typed. · Numerals should be used for numbers except when beginning a sentence. · Non-proprietary (generic) names should be used the first time a drug is mentioned and the proprietary name should be underlined. · Do not include references. · The abstract should be based on materials not published or presented at any international scientific meeting prior to the 12th Annual International Ain Shams Medical Students' Congress. · The abstract must include title, author(s), university, & country. The abstract text should not exceed 250 words. Title should be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS. Skip a line after title. · The name of the presenting author should be written in CAPITAL LETTERS and the co-author(s) in lower-case letters. · Please do not use localized signs like ä, æ, ç, é or ü ! · Submission of abstracts has been closed on the preset deadline, on 10 th of January.· Applying is now only open through registering as passive participants. |
