** Confirmation**

* Send an E-mail with the subject "Confirmation" to ruausss@rusys.eg.net
* In the mail, please confirm your participation and
1. List in the details of your flight; Airlines, flight number and time of arrival.
2. Mention the number of confirmed accompanying persons(if any).

* Confirmation is recommended to be sent before the 1st of February, 2004.

* Earlier confirmers have priorities regarding accommodations and reservations.
