General Information Congress Dates February 15 - February 18, 2004 Congress Venue All scientific sessions will be held at Helnan Shepherd Hotel Language English is the official language of the Congress. Deadline The deadline for application will be on 10th of January 2004. Payment & Registration Fee €150 Euros paid upon arrival. Registration Fee includes: Attendance of All Sessions, Accommodation during the three days of the congress, Congress Social Events, Admittance to Opening & Closing Ceremonies, Welcome Reception, Congress Material and Abstract Book, Certificate of Attendance, Lunches, Coffee and Refreshments through the Congress days. Please note the payment is required at time of registration in order to guarantee a place, unless specific arrangements have been agreed with the Congress Office. Several registration points are provided to minimize queuing. Please follow the sign and choose the appropriate line. Accommodation In Helnan Shepherd Hotel, 5* hotel, for the congress days. Accommodation expenses are included in the Registration fee. Cancellation A notification of cancellation should be E-mailed with the subject "Cancellation", no later than 5th of February 2004. Social Program Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Social outings during the congress days, Supporting program and Post Congress Tour are organized. Details are in the Social Program section. Invitation The congress will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Visa The entry formalities for Egypt vary according to the country of origin . Please contact Egyptian Embassy/Consulate to determine whether you need visa. Participants from those countries where is no Egyptian Embassy/Consulate Visa is not required to be issued there can obtain their visa at the airport on arrival to Egypt. Certificate of Attendance A certificate of attendance will be given to all registered participants.
