Q: How much time do I need to wait for your response?

A: Allow us a few days to answer back. Usually no more than 7 days.

 

Q: When is the deadline for application?

A: The 10th of January, 2004.

 

Q: What can I have as Transportation from the airport to the Hotel, where the congress is held?

A: Send us your flight details and time of arrival, and usually we provide OC members to meet you at the airport.

 

Q: Do you provide Travel grants for participants?

A: We are sorry, We do not provide travel grants. However, we provide you with detailed invitation and acceptance letters that can help you to obtain funds back in your home country.

 

Q: I do not have an Egyptian embassy/consulate here in my country.

A: Participants from many countries can obtain their visas at the airport on arrival to Egypt. However, you should confirm with authorities in your country. If uncertain, send us to inquire.

 

Q: How long is the Post Congress tour?

A: It starts on the 18th of February at 11 P.M. We return from Hurghada back to Cairo in the late evening of the 22nd.

 

Q: Is the hotel costs included in the fee?

A: Yes, accommodation costs are included (half board).

 

Q: We will arrive early, can you reserve accommodation for us?

A: We guide you to a variety of hotels ranging from 6 Euros to 15 Euros per night. We are available around early arrivers. We even provide them a supporting social program for the period they spend before the congress starts.
