The 12th Annual International Ain Shams Students' Congress is a medical conference where students and young doctors are empowered to present their results of their scientific research.

Along the past eleven years, Ain Shams University Students' Scientific Society has been able to organize one of the major events in the field of medical research. The 12th Annual International Medical Students' Congress comes in continuation to the effort that has been exerted over the past years.

The theme is "Recent Advances in Medicine", The fact that the participants ought to participate with original masterpieces of their own research, creates a very competent atmosphere throughout the congress sessions. It has proven & continues to prove of outmost interest and enriched stimulation of participants' creativity and scientific research to participate with challenging research papers for discussion and evaluation.

Who should attend?

Medical students and young doctors who are interested in research and who have been involved in worthwhile medical research are all invited.

As a staff member you can also participate in the congress, preferably by accompanying your students, thus offering them an excellent learning experience.

Staff members and seniors are also encouraged to actively participate through workshops that they conduct as an integrated sector of our scientific program. Thus share their projects among medical attendance and encourage further research as a part of developing a solid research base for all students and juniors.

Guests

On our opening ceremonies, our honorable guests and key figures include Ministers, namely the Minister of Health, the Minister of Higher Education and the Minister of Youth. They also include the Presidents of Ain Shams University and Faculty Deans. Apart from a large numbers of professors and staff members who always care to attend the declaration of opening of this important annual event.
